Extol's InfraStake™ provides the latest technology for a quicker, more efficient and controllable method of staking plastic materials.

The InfraStake™ process utilizes infrared energy for uniform heating and staking. InfraStake™ is available in various sizes and can produce a stronger, tighter joint in less time than conventional methods. This translates into lower manufacturing costs and higher quality parts.

The InfraStake™ heads are an integral part of Extol's InfraTol™ System that uses infrared energy for heating, staking, and welding.

InfraStake™ process was created and patented, and in the last 5-years thousands of modules and hundreds of systems have been serving in production in various industries. The advantages of a low impact, non-intrusive staking process are many. The consistency offered by InfraStake™ with its clean and efficient light energy have many of our users specifying "across the board" this process on all staking applications.
