Authorized Reseller of Extol InfraTol™ System

The InfraTol™ System is an improved process for the plastic part joining industry, featuring InfraStake™ and InfraWeld™. The InfraTolSystem utilizes infrared energy for heating, staking, and welding.

The InfraTol™ power supply/controller is mounted below the working surface - integrated into our standard, adjustable height ErgoStation table.

The InfraTol™ power supply can drive up to (24) heads simultaneously and in addition to providing calibrated and conditioned power output for each module, the lamp current is a monitored function in order to assure process consistency and to provide potential lamp fault alert messages. The InfraTol™ components can be purchased as a 'tooled' set ready for installation.

Extol offers multiple power supply options with advanced technology. The PS-Series power supplies are designed to be used with an external machine HMI and control interface. The PSC-Series controller power supplies are provided with the Extol designed power, control and monitoring system. The PSC models provide built-in control having a color touch screen interface, individual adjusted InfraStake™ programming functions, pulse energy capabilities, system diagnostic messaging and multiple profile settings for flexible processing options.

InfraStake modules are available in 3 sizes: the 1.25, 1.70 and 2.30
