Plastic Assembly Technologies, Inc. (PAT) has a complete CAD/CAM augmented CNC machine shop and a well-equipped laboratory that allow us to assist you in every step of your plastic assembly process. Our equipment, software and expertise give us the capability, for example, to modify parts, design and modify horns and tooling, test proposed assembly solutions, and provide pilot production, all before you make significant capital investments or waste valuable production time.

Training of your personnel is enhanced through the use of our equipment and in-house training facility. We can provide the basics of plastics welding; overview of welding equipment; the welding stack; horn design; tooling design; component design for welding; effect of materials; welding parameters; process control; fault finding; practical demonstration on equipment set-up and control.

PAT also has a dedicated service bay, an extensive parts inventory, and experienced service personnel to handle most of your repair and maintenance needs. We service Extol products and Branson ultrasonic welding equipment.
