Plastic Assembly Technologies, Inc. generally has an extensive supply of used Branson 800, 900 and 2000 series ultrasonic welding machines in inventory for purchase or rent. However, we admit that we have a hard time holding them in stock. We try hard to have used Branson or Dukane ultrasonic welders in inventory for immediate delivery, but we sell or rent them at such a reasonable cost that sometimes it’s difficult to hold onto them.

We meticulously check out our used ultrasonic welders before they are sold. We clean them, we replace failed components and we run them through a series of tests to make sure they are functioning properly. Any used ultrasonic welder you purchase from us is shipped to you ready for immediate use. You don’t have to be concerned about missing parts or non-working equipment as we completely inspect the used ultrasonic machines before shipping. To insure that your welder arrives intact, we package the ultrasonic equipment in solid shipping containers so they show up at your door in working condition.

Because of our unique experience with ultrasonic welding equipment, we are able to offer the following warranty on any used ultrasonic welder that you buy from us.

Warranty: If any used machine or product sold and guaranteed by us does not prove satisfactory mechanically and electrically, the purchaser may return said machine or product, freight prepaid within 30 days from date of original purchase shipment and we will refund the purchase price in full.

Due to our inventory turnover, we’ve given up trying to take pictures and post the machines that we have available. We encourage you to call us or fill out the contact form and let us know of your needs for ultrasonic welding equipment and we will get back to you right away with the machines we have available for ultrasonic plastic assembly. Once you contact us we can provide you with information on the year of manufacture, the model, the serial number and the specifications on the ultrasonic welders we have available. We are not a broker. We own the machines we sell and are transferring title to the equipment should you decide to purchase from us.
