LCSS PAT Light Curtain Safety Start System

The PAT Light Curtain Safety Start System fits directly on your existing Branson welder base or table top, improves productivity and provides improved safety for your operators and other personnel.

The LCSS system protects the operator because the welder cycle cannot be initiated when the operator is inside the light curtain. The LCSS system is guarded on the sides to prevent others from having easy access to the weld area. The operator needs to contact only one palm button to start the welder cycle and does not have to maintain the start input due to the safety features found on the LCSS. This results in increased productivity as the operator can continue with other operations while the ultrasonic unit goes through the weld cycle.

      start cycle. If a Branson base is not available, the system is compatible
      with optional PAT start buttons for initiating welder cycle.
Easy installation. No hard wiring or special interfacing required.
Easily integrates with optional PAT Welder Tables.
Optional PAT part bin rail part holder will position components to be
      welded close to the work zone enhancing productivity.
