Plastic Assembly Technologies, Inc. (PAT) has a complete CAD/CAM augmented CNC machine shop, FEA design center and a well-equipped laboratory to assist you in developing your plastic assembly process. Our equipment, software and expertise give us the capability to modify parts/tools, test proposed assembly solutions, design tooling and provide pilot production, all before you make a significant capital investment or waste valuable production time. We can also provide production assembly of your parts as required.

Training of your personnel on ultrasonic welding is enhanced through the use of our equipment and our in-house training facility. We teach the student about the basics of plastics welding; overview of the ultrasonic welding process and equipment; the ultrasonic converter and booster; ultrasonic horn design; fixture design; part component design; effect and compatibility of plastic materials; optimizing of the ultrasonic welding process; how to select weld parameters; process control; fault finding; practical demonstration on equipment set-up.

Plastic Assembly Technologies, Inc. has a dedicated repair service bay and an extensive parts inventory with new and used parts. Our experienced service personnel are trained to handle your ultrasonic repair and maintenance needs. We service most Branson converters and Branson ultrasonic welders at a fraction of the cost of the original manufacturer.  Check with us for repair of your Branson 400, 800, 900 and 2000 series ultrasonic welders.
